Our cows and buffalo graze freely in the Himalayan hills, feeding on
wild mountain grasses and herbs while breathing clean air and drinking from natural springs.

Himveda Pahadi Buffalo Bilona Ghee is made in Himachal Pradesh using the traditional curd-to-makkhan Bilona process. Fresh buffalo milk is set into curd, the curd is churned to separate makkhan, and the makkhan is then slowly simmered into ghee.
The method is patient by nature. It belongs to kitchens where food is watched, smelled and understood — not simply pushed through a fast production line. We keep the batches small so the process stays close to the way families in the hills have prepared ghee for generations.
Buffalo ghee has its own character: fuller, rich and distinct from cow ghee. Its natural colour and texture may also vary from batch to batch. That variation is part of real dairy food, not a defect.
Made slowly, because some foods lose their character when the process is rushed.
